We would like to welcome the new and returning officers to the Highlands Council. The Highlands Council of PTA’s is a group of PTA units organized under the authority of the California State PTA for the purpose of collaboration, leadership training, and coordination of the efforts of the member units.  The council provides the units an opportunity for cooperation in promoting their common interests and discussion regarding their common issues.  The council coordinates the work of the member units with other agencies or organizations in the area working for children and youth.  We serve as a channel of communication between the state and district PTA and the units.
